APDA conducts a yearly Community Needs Assessment to assess gaps in services and programs for the Parkinson’s community. The link to this year’s survey is a banner on our website that is on many different website pages to increase participation.
It would also help participation if you could include this link in any on-line publications or emails that you are sending to your constituents. We are seeking broad participation to better gauge community needs. The survey will be active through September 16, 2016.
