  1. Hello, my name is Julie Nichols. I am 44 years-old with early Stage 3 Parkinson’s Disease. My neurologist is Dr. Joseph Jankovic at the Baylor College of Medicine Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Clinic in Houston, TX.

I am interested in the Parkinson’s boxing class cycle of $135 per 4 week cycle @3 times per week, billed every 4 weeks and possibly needing to attend on a Saturday as make-up sometimes. I work full-time and have three-teenaged children.

Tomorrow morning (6/2/2016), I will show up to the Factory of Champions at 6:00 a.m. with ID and a letter from Dr. Jankovic. Most days, I will need to attend the 6:30 a.m. class in the summer and the 5:30 a.m. class during the school year since I work in a school.

Thank you for your help and assistance, Julie Nichols

  2. I am a therapist at MSTH in San Antonio I have a patient with parkinsons and would like him to connect with the boxing program. May I get more information to give him and his wife in order to get connected with this program.
